I have a tendency to involve myself anywhere I see an improvement opportunity, even if outside my original scope. This is because regardless of the project I engage with, I see myself as a catalyst for accelerating the journey to digital maturity. This mindset leads to exponential results in the long term.

The success of any project can be achieved sooner if we allow ourselves to just go ahead and experiment as fast as possible. The solution may fail or have bugs at first, but if we can iterate rapidly while getting constant feedback, it will be completed much faster and be much better than it would otherwise.

I was always considered a hardworking and energetic person. I usually work long hours, get deeply involved with the details and sustain a high intensity activity the whole day.

I had great mentors who really cared and helped me in my career, so I want to give it back and help others to grow too. I genuinely enjoy to spread my knowledge to other people, especially if I'm in a team.
